Become Your
Own Bodyguard
A three-hour self-defense class for women — taught by a two-time black belt. No experience. Any age. Any body.
When fear arrives, most of us freeze. The women who come through are the ones who did something rather than nothing. That switch already lives in you — in one afternoon, we wake it up.
What you walk out knowing
The switch out of freeze
When fear arrives, most of us freeze. You will practise moving from still to instant, grounded ferocity — the single thing that changes a woman’s outcome.
The voice that stops it early
The fierce “back off” that ends most situations before they begin. You will use it out loud, with the room behind you.
Your body’s natural weapons
Elbows, knees, palm strikes, the claw. Simple, powerful, and usable by any woman — no strength or flexibility required.
How to break a grab and go
Practical escapes from the holds women are most often caught in, drilled until your body remembers them.
A safety you keep
You leave grounded in a calm that follows you into parking garages, hard conversations, and the rest of your life.
Come exactly as you are.
Comfortable clothes, flat shoes, a water bottle. Everything else is taught from zero.

Cindy Baez
Two first-degree black belts — in Gosoku Ryu karate and traditional Okinawan Kobudo weaponry — earned across some thirty years in the martial arts.
She is a master coach, a former executive, and one of the rare women teaching martial empowerment to women, for women. She has watched the quietest woman in the room discover she can roar.
“It would be my honor to train you.”
Questions women ask
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most women who come have never thrown a punch. Everything is taught from zero, slowly, with no pressure to keep up.
What if I’m older, or not very fit?
You are especially welcome. Cindy has taught women in their eighties — one of them striking from her chair. Every technique is built for a real body, not an athlete’s.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, flat shoes, and a water bottle. That’s it.
Why pay what you can?
So cost is never the reason a woman stays away. The sliding scale is $25 to $100 — this is where you get to value your own safety.
Is this only for women?
Yes. This is a women-only room, taught by a woman, on purpose. It is what makes it safe enough to actually try.
One afternoon. And you will never wonder again.
Fifteen seats, one room of women, and a skill you keep for the rest of your life.
Only 15 seats — this room stays small on purpose
